Orders may be cancelled up to three business days after receipt of payment.
PEONY takes great care crafting, packaging, & shipping the products. Please inspect every item once you have received your shipment.
You have seven days upon receipt of your order to report any defects that may have occurred during transport.
Please send an email to email@example.com to report a damaged product.
You can pay via Paypal or bank transfer.
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipment size, weight, & delivery destination. After your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please check the address on your invoice as PEONY is not responsible for items once they have left the studio.
To find out if a product is available overseas & can be shipped to your location, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with an exact mailing address, as well as the type & quantity of products you may be interested in. Due to the nature of shipping & each country's policies, custom charges may apply and are the responsibility of the client.
Please note that once an international order leaves the Netherlands, it is the responsibility of the client to track the location of their package using the tracking information provided by PEONY.
Clients are encouraged to check their tracking information frequently to avoid items being returned to the Netherlands. In the event of a package being returned to the Netherlands due to being unclaimed or undelivered, client will be charged additional shipping accordingly.
Because all of our products are custom made, an order can't be cancelled. Please review every detail before placing your order.
If there are any concerns with your order once received (incorrect sizing, ribbon colour, etc.), please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible.
